We are a group of inspired people and our main aim is to popularize the Meditation in an easy way, so that more and more people may be benefited.  To promote religion of love and harmony is also one of our aim and we intend to spread this message world wide through our website.

 

Meditation is a bit misrepresented because a lot of stress has been given to "BRAHMCHARYA" & "MOKSHA", to leave materialistic world, to speak Truth, to purify yourself and for  awakening of "KUNDALINI" etc. and often it is linked with religion also.  The above things are important elements but these things should not restrain us from practicing meditation.

 

In our daily life we are also very much conscious of our physical requirements, we also spare time for physical exercise, for our family matters and for meeting other social obligations but we never spare even a single minute for the mental exercises.

 

It is medically proved that the debilitated condition of mind is the root cause of  ailments and various diseases, so it is necessary for us to do something to improve our mental health also.  Meditation is a complete and independent mental exercise which gives us healthy and controlled state of mind.

 

Our first step towards the welfare of mankind, we have started a FREE MEDITATION COURSE  with a message that you should spare some time for Meditation and make it a routine of your daily life. We wish to promote a community of like minded people to help each other  and join together to spread the message of Love and  lead a stress free life with  relaxed and control state of mind.
